How We Work

Our expert team will perform a thorough walkthrough of the property to assist in the identification of all damages that occurred. With over 100 years of combined experience, our estimators will develop a detailed, room-by-room breakout of damages and the related cost of the repairs using the industry’s number one estimating software for insurance repairs, Xactimate, which is used by 22 of the top 25 property insurance companies in the U.S. Our estimators work closely with our clients’ adjusters throughout the negotiation and settlement processes to advocate for our clients and ensure that they receive coverage for all items to which they are entitled per their insurance policies.

We pride ourselves on keeping in regular touch with our customers throughout the process, so you’re always aware of the status of your property and what the path forward is. We also support our clients through every stage of the construction process, including but not limited to obtaining architectural drawings (if applicable), building permits, expediting services, and customized materials. Our construction experience includes: luxury single-family residents, multifamily dwellings, high-rise buildings, commercial and mixed-use properties, manufacturing and industrial facilities, and restaurants.
