Challenges
One of the biggest challenges our team faced during this project was working with the insurance company to ensure the full scope of the damage was properly recognized and covered. The fire had caused destruction across multiple units and common areas, but initial insurance assessments undervalued the extent of work required to restore the property safely and completely.
Additionally, coordinating efforts for a large-scale, multi-unit restoration meant navigating logistical complexities—including the displacement of multiple residents, managing timelines across various teams, and securing permits for demolition and reconstruction, which often introduce delays.
