Spring Cleanup Day

Restore volunteers locally for Spring Cleanup Day

May 16, 2024

Employees alongside Restore’s Fire Service Director, Steve Iovinelli spent the day cleaning the facility and grounds of the M.A.B.A.S. Division 24 headquarters.

Most of the fire departments in Illinois (as well as many in surrounding states) belong to an organization called the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System or MABAS. This is an organization that provides mutual aid through statewide preplanning by the member departments. MABAS divides the state into Divisions for administrative and governing purposes.

Although Fire Departments are notorious for military-like cleanliness throughout their facilities, Spring Cleanup Day is a dedicated day to deep cleaning facilities and grounds.

Restore is a professional cleaning services company in the Chicagoland area specializing in post-fire and post-water damage cleaning. Restore is a proud supporter of the Fire Department and Dispatch service providers around the Chicagoland area and is dedicated to volunteering for Spring Cleanup Day.
