How We Work
Our expert team will perform a thorough walkthrough of the property to assist in the identification of all damages that occurred. With over 100 years of combined experience, our estimators will develop a detailed, room-by-room breakout of damages and the related cost of the repairs using the industry’s number one estimating software for insurance repairs, Xactimate, which is used by 22 of the top 25 property insurance companies in the U.S. Our estimators work closely with our clients’ adjusters throughout the claim.
We pride ourselves on keeping in regular touch with our customers throughout the process, so you’re always aware of the status of your property and what the path forward is. We also support our clients through every stage of the construction process, including obtaining architectural drawings (if applicable), building permits, expediting services, and customized materials. Our construction experience includes luxury single-family residences, multifamily dwellings, high-rise buildings, commercial and mixed-use properties, manufacturing and industrial facilities, and restaurants.

We’re an IICRC-certified firm, with technicians credentialed in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and odor control. Those three cover the cleanup that decides how much of a damaged building and its contents we can save.
Do fire departments call you for fires?
They often do. Local fire departments reach out to us once a fire is out, so the family has a restoration crew on site from the start.
