The Family

At the core of Restore lies the family that founded it. Patrick L. Santoro, who brings extensive experience and a deep passion for helping others, established the company in 1983, and his two sons collaborate with him to keep our service personal and supportive. Patrick L. has served on the board of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois, which named him its 2023 Torchbearer of the Year. In 2024, Patrick M. and Michael represented Restore at a statewide fire chiefs’ conference and the Illinois Municipal League conference, and our team helped clean the headquarters of MABAS Division 24, a regional fire mutual-aid group. Each family member contributes unique skills, unwavering dedication, and a collective commitment to excellence, transforming us from just a business into a family united in our mission to support yours during difficult times.

The guys did a phenomenal job with the restoration after my house was vandalized .

Restore Construction handled everything from start to finish seamlessly. All paperwork was filed timely, to my insurance company.  Very detailed claim was submitted by Andrew. Christian and Nancy provided excellent follow up from the office. Lukasz Jarzabek was my construction site manager. Lukasz provided me timely updates throughout the entire reconstruction project. He met all deadlines.  Lukasz and his crew do stunning work. My 4 flat apartment building looks like it was just built, and it’s over 50 years old. High quality work.

Restore construction was there for my family from the beginning of my ordeal..y construction Mgr and his team were great to work with. Lukas was very caring and understood my trauma. He explain what I could reasonable accept and when my request were not in the scope he would explain to me how that was not possible but assured me that quality materials and work was being  done on my house.

Just flooded first time ever.  Chris came out fast and assessed everything.  Had his crew there in 3 hours setting up and drying out my basement.  They were beyond professional and explained everything.  I can't thank Chris enough for everything.  ALOT of homes flooded, but Restore Restoration is there when you need them. Restore Construction, the Santoro family, our project manager Lukasz, and our general contractor Katie all deserve proper recognition for the outstanding job they have done restoring our home from a devastating house fire we experienced in 2025. Our expectations have been exceeded in every facet of this journey. Restore is truly a one-stop shop for disaster victims - everything from the recovery planning to the public adjusting to the re-construction has been timely, structured, and highly effective. I operate a Fine Dining restaurant in the area. We had a fire in a kitchen due to a gas leak. Long story short. Chris the GM took care of everything from the minute they walked in, until the final walkthrough. Not only did they do the work we hired them to do, they recommended people to help assist with dropping the hoods and much more. Chris was available at every text i sent out, no matter how early or late. He made the whole process less stressful and relaxing for me as the operator of the business. I cannot begin to tell you enough of great things about the company. The owners are wonderful people, and they did a superb job on the restoration. They even worked on getting bids for the roof and tried to make sure they didn't overcharge.  I cannot post pictures due to company policy. But I can tell you that they had everything done in 2 weeks and we never missed a beat on operations. Great communication, and professionalism. I read some of the poor reviews and I'm shocked to say the least. This was not my experience at all. Thanks Chris, Michael and team!
